For a transport company client, the requirement was to create a few dashboards of Sales, Costs and Revenue, as well as to import and integrate data from the ERP system (Datalab Pantheon) and a few manual sources as well (excel, CSV).

The most advanced part of the data integration process was Cost Allocation (allocation keys, cost drivers). This was previously done manually and as the reader might guess it was an error-prone process. After the BI app implementation, the allocation is done automatically, with a dedicated report for cost allocation resolution if allocation keys are duplicated or not assigned.

Also a BI app for Receivables and Payables (maturity day/class, ) was added right after the first BI app, as the client was content with the solution and wanted to extend it to add value.
